What should your ozone be set at?

I have a 120 with 7/8's being SPS and some chalice pieces.
What should my ORP reading be?

Some people have told me 400.

Very nice, thank you. Where did you get that list????

I set mine up last night.
It is the enaley 3000UB and the Milwaukee controller. I set it up in my sump and had to return it through a PVC pipe setup packed with carbon. When I first turned it on the ORP was reading around 190ish.
I came down this morning and checked before work and it was reading 300 and the controller was not pumping. I turned it up a bit, to get it to 380ish.
How do you determine how many mg/hr you are dosing?
I have mine turned down on the unit itself, and it's just a knob you turn, it doesn't have numbers. Just lowest and highest. My unit claims that you can dose at 500mg/hr with the air dryer. So I have the air dryer on and have it turned about a 1/3 the way open.
How do you know how much to dose per hour?

Thanks again and thanks in advance.
