Which RO/DI for water with 700 TDS reading?

My water has a TDS of 700 and would like to know which RO/DI would be best? the SpectraPure Maxcap or one from The Filter Guys? Looking at filters life and membrane and the quality. I know my water TDS is high and I know the price of these 2 unit are quite different. So what would work best for me?

might want to also add an addition prefilter of some sort.
