Nice pics and you are very fortunate to have such a nice piece. I can recall seeing one quite that color anywhere. Do you remember where you got it?

That blue is just amazing. Diver's Den sounds like a good place to find quite a few lucky finds. GIFT!! I need friends like yours

Thanks a lot. I've gotten a lot of good stuff from the Diver's Den part of Foster and Smith.

LOL LOL It was one of the last gifts that I got from her.

It's not a carpet, Mike. It's Heteractis Crispa, commonly known as a Sebae anemone.

Holy cow TracyZeuner, that is the prettiest blue I have ever seen. What kind of lighting is that under?

Mike Alers, like mentioned above, that is a Crispa, not a carpet.

I agree, that is a seriously striking colour of blue. WOW. It's like the blue LED Christmas lights, which (to me, anyhow) are so intensely blue they're hard to look at. I'm almost getting the same effect looking at those pictures! Although, at the same time, I just can't look away. I guess I'll just have to go blind.

Our christmas tree is done up with the blue LEDs...they all look very blurry to me...i thought it was just my eyes going bad, but apparently i'm not the only one! lol

It is under T5's. I have an Aquantinic fixture that holds 14-39 watt bulbs. The biggest problem that I have is with the Clown fish. She constantly is brushing the sand with her tail and it undermines the rocks and they start to fall. The corner used to be full of rocks but I moved them all away so they would'nt fall into the carpet.

Have anybody seen a black & white carpet? I've saw it but not sure if it's a merterii or haddoni. (At LFS)
