i am talking about those half domed pieces of "rock"?

NO!!!

but i like the bases alot? and they are so perfectly round? looks like i might have to... man, i don't want to dremel them... i drilled my rock to make a frag station and i made such a big white mess of water and pulverized rocks...

let's see if anyone knows... if not... let the rock hunt begin again...

you're talking about the nice round bases that are about 3 inches that come attached to cultured acros, cause those are most all the acros i get.. and if something happens to the acro i throw those in the sump for fragging..

yea, i have those... i have seen that brand... pretty good... but i think they are little smaller and irregular?

their magnet plugs look cool... i wonder if anyone tried to mount a rock to a mag cleaner (to hide the mag) and mount a permanant coral on to it? might not be strong enough huh...

Lightbulb

guess you might have to ask the guys who culture the acro frags, since there the ones who only seem to have it, its almost like their signature to say its a cultured acro.(imo)

maybe you should post a picture of it. might be more helpful..

Those are made in Fiji/Indo at the culturing facility. Reefermadness used to carry a similar plug made from live rock but you can make your own by hacksawing round rocks in half...
