help on fish food

i bought a packaged mixed combo mix that the store makes, but it doesnt say what's in it. from what i can guess it might be crab meat, some oysters, some white meat, and some dark brown meat that might be catfish? what is and is not usable to make food for the fish?

here are some pics:

The imitation crab is most likely Alaskan Pollock. May be some artificial flavoring in it.

I'd soak some in aquarium water for an hour or so then check the water for phosphates. Sometimes phosphates are used as a preservative, I think.
