Pink Yuma Alert!!

Was at Ali's earlier tonight .. he had a single pink yuma on a little rock in the clam tank for all you PINK YUMA FREAKS!

I was there last week, real nice place. On the topic of Yumas, these buggers always melt on me. Any tips? its the only thing I have trouble with

solomon pink yumas are notorious for melting away. i saw some at ali's place before but i don't know if this particular pink is from there. i did some research and found out that the solomon pinks are collected in very high nutrient area. basically, our tanks are too clean for this particular yuma specimen. i have a solomon pink that is now 8 months old. its still alive and thriving in my 12 gallon nano that is unskimmed and water changes purposely minimized. i have gorgs, carnations and gonioporas in it and they all do well in high nutrient systems.

his store is a very nicely set up store: clean & well organized. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is second to none ... I've picked up a few items from there and will continue to.

we'll see if it'll stay alive in my tank

The one I bought from Eyecandy is still doing good. But I've had them for months then they die. So I'm not safe yet......
