What is this?
I've seen this guys orange "tentacles " coming from holes in rock but never figured it was attached to something this big. Anyone know what it is and if I should remove it? TIA.

There is another member on here that has those in his tank and he said that they are not hurting anything so he isn't taking it out. It feeds like crazy on crap in the sand.

that is a cirratulid polychaete AKA Hair worm. they are harmless detritus munchers, and often mistakenly called Spaghetti worms in the hobby . here is a good link on the two.
