It was worth the money but the outcome sucked! And after the fight, Hatton was a true professional as well, unlike the self promoting POS mayweather. But mayweather is going to go down as the best welterweight ever to fight............i mean ever. The only fight left is him vs cotto, and cotto will get his A beat down bad. Dang that sux hatton didn't win.

if hatton stole round at the end instead of pulling this garbage, he may have won on the cards. That's how oscar scored rounds, that's easily how he could ahve scored rounds.

coulda, woulda, shoulda,.................................didn't!

There is no one, and I repeat, no one who can beat Floyd Mayweather in his prime.

yeah he seem to believe his best chance was to knock him out.

a pretty hard ask.

he has admitted he made a mistake and may well get a rematch to redress these errors.

still he will be a very rich man now.

Remember that Mayweather is the only one who has never been knocked down. So if Mayweather won't knock down Hatton, there will probably be no knockdown. As Arturo Gatti found out, there is no way to prepare for Mayweather. There is no one out there fast enough and acurate enough to simulate him.

We will talk about this on Monday for sure! If Hatton wins I will admit I was wrong. I can say that it is a very slim chance of me having to do that. You will soon find out why Frank Warren never wanted Ricky to fight the Big Boys.

Last time at welterweight, Ricky struggled to a win against Collazo. Collazo is no Mayweather. I am just looking forward to Mayweather finally fighting someone his size. (Ricky weighed 148 lbs on the day of his last fight at 140 lbs. Mayweather weighed 148 lbs on the day of his last fight.)
you were right and mayweather really is superb.

i thought hatton was going to put him down in the first then i could have had some fun.

perhaps he would have been better to go out their and try and outpoint him.

i think hatton prepares by chasing chickens.

there now Mayweather can join Lenox Lewis as another boxer going into retirement after finding a suitable boxer that can potentially take him out and strip him of the title. the crappy thing is that ive been a Mayweather fan for years.

if Mayweather is so good why he keeps dodging Cotto.at first was the excuse that Cotto was to early in his career to fit him....then he didnt think the fight between him and Cotto would produce that much money"and he's a bussinesman" and now he's retiring so he cant give Cotto a fight.....bla,bla,bla....excuses,excuses.i say to Mayweather why dont u you put your money where your mouth its at and fight Cotto.i guess he talks a lot but he aint stupid.

And after Cotto get's up from the canvas, who will you say he is dodging then? We will start another thread for Cotto Vs. Mayweather and in the end I will still be laughing at people like you who are non believers.

Let's not forget, Cotto was dodging Hatton. Cotto barely beat Mosely. Mosely is no Mayweather, and Cotto is not even as good as Hatton. Be careful what you wish for, cause if the money is right, we will see Floyd again with his hand raised in victory...............stay tuned!
