They look awesome! Strange though, even though the pics look smaller than the avatar I'm using now, I'm being told that it's too big when I try to upload it. Any ideas?

its the file size not the image size
maybe save it as a gif but when I did it the image got grainy

Unfortunately, Photobucket won't let me resize the file to an "avatar" sized picture. Perhaps if I posted the "original" picture, somebody could put a Santa hat on Atticus and I can then save and resize on Photobucket? Assuming I can find the original that is

best bet would - take original - add hat - resize for avatar - post to photobucket or whereever

It's crazy. When i resize them with my computer it tells me that the 125x84 image is 8.0k. When I upload it to photobucket it says the image is 12k.
This is all the best I can do for now....   SBC
