Best height for a short stand?

I would like to be able to maintain my tank without using steps.I also want to watch it while spinning around on my chair.Which is the best height for such conditions?

mine is 30" tall that way when I sit down on my couch It is right at eye lvl, best thing is to measure where eye level is when sitting down in your chair

I might suggest you buy or borrow a measuring tape, if you don't already have access to one and measure.

We have no idea how tall you are, how long your arms are, how tall your tank is or how high you chair is, etc etc etc
