Latest pictures of my nano

Haven't changed anything since the other clown passed away but the tank is looking good and growing out a lot. I'm going to wait another month or so to get another naked clown.

If anyone wants some xenia I will be pruning mine VERY soon it's trying to taking over. I am going to get rid of all of it except for whats on the back wall, it can grow there all it wants.

Don't keep track of how much money you spend on your system. You will enjoy it much more that way :-)

Looks good!
Is that a blue polyp Gargonian? I like that. Striking color against the black.

Looking GOOD!!! These photos I do this tank no justice. I saw it about 2 months ago and it looked better than the photos I saw before I actually saw it. I can only imagine how vivid it must really be now.

Unfortunately the trumpet never made it. I kept up with lightly spot feedings and it ate but it kept dwindling and eventually retracted and was left looking bleached. I hope I can find another.

Tank looks GREAT! It's kind of funny I normally hate the black sand but it really works in your setup. Keep up the good work.

What are you feeding your gorgonian and do you have problems with nutrients since I imagine you have to target feed the gorgonian.

It gets fed Cyclop Eeze and fresh hatched BBS... I try to feed every day or every other day, I don't have any problems with nutrients I run very wet skimmer, chaeto and I run floss in my overflow right after feeding so I catch any excess food and remove it from the tank.

Very good idea , get any excess food out of the system , before it has a chance to break down . Ted

Exactly, it allows me to get enough food into the system to 'hopefully' feed enough but get out 99% of excess. I also have a pretty large CUC to help.

Unfortunately the grog has shown a small decline in polyp count since its initial purchase but it still looks healthy, has grown new polpys and has good color so its borderline getting enough to eat. I will most likely be getting rid of it soon to someone who can provide for it in a more ideal environment as I am pushing the limit with my tank.

If anyone is interested in it pm me.
