ok.. the xmas lights are on., all of the chezzy stuff, i just need a snow gun to make it look like the norht pole.

starting cleaning the tanks. anyone know who to remove some hair aglea in a 30 gallon anomone tank in 24hours?

the food sounds great so far i appreciate the pm"s and calls about bringing things. sorry if i have not replied to all. i have been busy as usuall.

i plan on getting name tags for everyone to make it easier as ice breakers and such. and to find out whom is behind the screen name.

going with coolers of mix beers and such. sodas bottled waters. i have not heard a 1000 of responses and do not want to waste any so cans and bottles store well. besides i do not want someone driving home and hmm spillling there drinks.

i got raffle tickets for some nice door prizes to keep things a lil excitings all those fish geeks may be a lil much.

i do like the idea of farthest driver. but being from the ie. i would wonder what is farther LA or highdesert.

who from LA is comming down?

Um... Based on my popularity around here, I think I should probably pass on the name tag. Or call myself something else...

Good question. Seems like a trip to ANYWHERE from the HD is a journey.... I'll try to rush so the ribs don't get too cold...

That was actually just discussed about 15 minutes ago. Well, not here, and not with Greg (although I'm sure we're both on that same page). We need to get the 2K8 cards made up, and I keep slacking on it...

(makes mental note to get off his butt and make some cards)

How about club members get an extra free raffle ticket? And, ooh! The dual members get 2!

NM. Your party. I'll be leaving now...

*creeps backwards to the door*

i dont see why we can not have a raffle for each honesty. what is another tank raised frag these days.
members of clubs do need to get some additonal benifits of using the card. never travel home without it.
do you think its to late for the yahoo groups bulliten thing?

Dunno. Not my group. I think there's some sort of delay even if it's approved immediately, though, so it probably IS too late...

Perhaps make it a nice surprise?

thanks everyone for all of the calls today. i do appreciate it and look foward to seeing everyone..

address once again is

9528 Calle Del Casa
Riverside CA 92503

if you are not from the area i would recommend looking up the Mission Inn. the festival of lights going on right now is very nice. they have the lite up carriges with the slow horses pulling peeps around and all. so much lights and decor almost looks like that place in anahiem.=)

I just got home, and it was going pretty strong when I left.

Richard, thanks for being such a gracious host. You made everyone feel at home and really went the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome.

Thanks again for your generosity, hospitality, and above all, your friendship.

And, um... Although I personally thought Rick's ribs were better than mine, I'd be curious to get some feedback as to what your guests thought... It was funny that my wife was reluctant to tell me that she liked his better, too!

But, as they say, it's all good...

Thanks again,

"NK"

Thanks Richard,

My girlfriend and I had a great time last night. It was great to finally put faces to names. Food was awesome.

Sorry Bruce only had your ribs. They were awesome.

Thanks,
Rick (not the rick that made the ribs) (I made the chicken wings)

Bruces Ribs were great, in fact they were the only things I ate along with some pretty good enchiladas!
