I never heard from TRS after 2 phone calls, multiple emails and a pm until it had been 11 days ( I still had received no notification of shipment after a week). The item still had not shipped, though the site said 2-3 days. I requested and received a refund on day 11, and have now ordered from another company Vue Technologies said is an authorized distributor.
