I have only had a Foxface for about a month now but large or small feather dusters have been ignored so far.

Foxface Rabbitts are voracious algae eaters. It is possible it was just picking at algae on or around the feather duster stalks.

I have two feather dusters, one 4 1/2 inch foxface - have never seen the foxface show any interest in the feather dusters.
