FS:20 gallon nano set-up

I'm gonna sell my Nano and start planning for something arcrylic for the house...or maybe just move my office one into the house.I'm not sure yet but this set-up needs to go to someone who will treat my Goby and shrimp like their prized possesions.

20 Gallon High tank w/10 Gallon sump,
12" Canopy
33" Stand
Stand/Canopy Custom made by SoCal.

20 G high glass tank with black silicone and left overflow
10 G tank with 3 seperate compartments as a sump
1/10 HP Current Chiller just 4 months old
250 watt ROlll pendant
Bluewave lV ballast
14 K Phoenix bulb (7 months old)
moonlights
JBJ ATO with one float switch unused
Mag 7 return
Mag 5 for the chiller
MJ 1200 for the ATO
150 watt Finnex Titanium Heater
75 GPD RO/DI w/faucet adapter used for less than 100
gallons and already mounted onto a wood slab.
TDS meter,used twice.
refractometer
Almost full bag of RC salt
buckets-etc.etc.

about 40-50 lb.s LR
green & pink frogspawn
5-6" Cynarina-green
asst. zoas..including blues,EE's.
RBTA (with green base)
a few more LPS that I can't recall.
10-12 Nassarius snails
8 Scarlett Hermits
1 cleaner shrimp
1 Blue CBS
1 Purple/Gold Brittle Star
1 Orange Spotted Gobby paired with Randall's Goby Shrimp

$500 takes it all.

I won't split up,nor ship and can't help you move it due to a bad back so please be sure to have help.I know it's a small tank but it's heavy and there's a lot of stuff that comes with it,plus a ton of steps.

I'll try to get more pics from home later.Email me for a quicker response as we're in between the Valley and San Diego for the next few months.
