What wall thickness etc?

US plastics has lot's of acrylic
also Aquatic Ecosystems as well.

I have the BK 300 ext. skimmer, but I am looking to making a bigger skimmer and copy the BK style.

you could always form one from fiber glass, a lot cheaper and you can custom make any outlets or viewing areas.
