2 Fish deaths any answers

I recently had a DB and a Bang Card bite the dust. My tank is approximately 2 months old. I saw no signs of disease or stress. First a Bang card died then a couple days later my DB died. So for my other two are surviving fine. I had no change to any of my parameters. I think that the Card which was a fairly new addition 2 weeks +/- may have been the culprit but i do not know? Any others have any suggestions or comments.

Thanks,

Adam

First what are your water parameters. Many will be able to help out with those and also what are your tank specs.

How many fish are in the tank now? I would do a water change to try and lower the nitrates. Then wait a few weeks before adding any more fish.
