Thumbs up My new Onyx Clowns from Rod's Reef

Hey everyone,

I finally got my Onyx Clowns Here's a couple pic's of these little guy's. I will take pic's of them weekly to document the coloring and growth of these two. The color is rich in person. And thanks to Rod Buehler for providing me with these amazing fish.
here they are in the bag.

Here's another pic of then inside the breeder box, there is black coming in on where her 3rd bar should be, and I hope his bar stay's incomplete in the middle.

And here is a pic to try and show size.

Thanks for viewing.

They are eating good, cyclopeeze, flake and some brine for now. I gotta hit up a FS and get some rod's food, but they love everything I throw in there. They look very healthy, they are active and eating, now all I need is time so they can color in

Alright guy's, it's been one week since I've had these clowns and they are doing great. Here is some weekly pic's for me, so I can track the growth and coloring.

First Pic, The male on the right, his middle bar is beginning to connect on his left side. And he is starting to show some black where his third bar should be.

Next pic, This is the female front and center, she has a big appetite, her black where her third bar should be is now coming in more.

Last pic, these Lil guy's are now eating from my finger tip. They both pack an appetite
I feed them twice daily.

My clowns have since been released into their tank .They have been swimming breeder box free for about week. They have shown interest in the frogspawn so far, the have a anemone for them. These pic's were taken yesterday they were busy bouncing around the Frogspawn. Attached is a couple pic's of them with the frogspawn's.

Here they are in the Purple Tip Frogspawn

And here they are in the Green Tip Frogspawn.

my true perc developed some mouth disease from hosting a frogspawn. it couldn't close its mouth and looked like cotton mouth disease. after i removed her and placed her in another tank she was fine.

Thanks for the info ez, I'll keep an eye on them . I am hoping they go into their anemone right behind the frogspawn.
