250 Gallon

Anyone here have any exprience carrying a 250? How many guys would it take comfortably?

Glass Im guessing?

Took 4 of us to carry my 220 all glass, but 3 couldve done it. three of us lifted it onto the stand.

took 4 of us for my 60x30x30 and we could have used a 5th come placing it on the stand.

Four is minimum. I would suggest to use ropes over neck, like movers use. When I moved my 200G it was not easy job, there was 1"water before we took it out of the house. Without water four people can do it.

I had 5 when setting mine up, 96 x 25 x25. Still very heavy, but I'd add or remove also depending on distance, turns or stairs. Good luck,

Actually...If your interested...I may be able to arrange it for you! A friend of mine is getting out of FW...and tried to sell it unsuccessfully for a long time. He called me this week and said it was mine for free if I wanted it. There is no way in the world I would be able to use it...

Stix is that a RR 250 if it is I may be interested and I have a pickup truck. Or if someone else is interested I'll help for some frags as long as its not to far away.
