Lightbulb Sand Sifting Crabs?

Anyone ever have experience with Sand Sifting Crabs? I love how they just dig under the sand and move around. I know there good for moving the top layer of my sand bed around, but I heard from my freind that they are really really stupid. He told me stories about how he thought they were cool, until most of them died by hitting rocks and flipping over. Apperantely they can't flip back over by themselves. Any suggestions on whether or not to get them?

Edit: Never mind my last post. I thought it was horseshoe crabs that they were talking about.
