ato/sump question

No stupid questions right? but I can't wrap my head around this: its my first sump - skimmer, bubble trap, fuge, and return. Kinda like melev's here. But I can't figure where to put the ato. Its a double switch sump mount one from autotopoff.com here . Do I put it in front of the bubble trap? The fuge or the return?

At first I thought in front of the bubble trap, but I think the water level there would stay more constant.

Return since that water level is usually less turbulent.

Cool, thanks guys, was scratching my head over this. Didn't seem like the water level in the sump would change.
