What is Pappone method???? I am guessing it is a way to feed the tank or spurt beneficial bacteria growth????LMK

I will say that it has been working well for me.

So basically the moral of the story is feed alot and export alot with the usage of amino acids and sugar.

I know that the blu coral method typicly uses Human growth hormone which is difficult to legaly obtain in the united states
