FLA and UK have high powered offenses. LSU is definately NC material and should have jumped BC. Did anyone think FLA was NC material last year? Nah, but after the slaughter against OSU I think FLA's point was made.

No, the University of Florida is a very good college. Sure they don't put hefty academic standards on their athletes like PSU does. That is why FLA is much better all around in athletics than PSU. FLA has another 49,000 students that are involved in academics.

Not to mention, there are players on FLA's football team that have decent GPAs.

You know what I do look down upon, the big 10.

And of course UM have should have beat USC in USC's rebuilding year.

Now that OSU is number 1 again, I am see a trend in more OSU fans in this thread coming back on or more frequently.

Semi...you just proved my belief that schools like Florida should start points down to teams that require the same of their athletes as they do the kids that pay to go there.
I know UF is a good school, a really good school...but so is the "U"


How about the Kansas high school team putting up 72 points in 1sr quarter! For the season(don't know how many games) they outscored their opponents 641-0!!

After going back over the standings I have come to the conclusion that anyone who tries to say there is any standout conference this year is braindead. What a year. I will be amazed if anyone but BC goes undefeated.

Judging by some of the calls they made in the OSU and Penn state games I would say the problem is they need to hire honest officials

Two mystery blocking in the back calls against Wisky.

I just looked at the Florida box score. Meyer is a figgin idiot. He takes a 35-7 lead into the 3rd, has a 42-10 lead to start the 4th quarter and Tebow is still in the game. I hate to see any player get hurt but if something happens to Tebow in garbage time I am going to laugh my butt off.

Meyer is not an idiot grim. Obviously you don't know your facts with that statement. The reason Tebow was in the game still was because the back up QB Newton is just recovering over a serious ankle injury. The third string QB Brantly has not been redshirted yet. They eventually took Tebow out and put Newton in at the very end of the game. BTW, TEBOW is a stud.
