just wanted to let you know I put a pressure gage on the unit , the first thing I noticed was pressure without the booster pump was 30 psi, then I turned the pump on but pressure stayed at 30 psi,so the pump is not working. do I have to replace the pump or there is diaphram that I can replace myself ? I hope that I don't have to buy a new pump.
Thanks!

When you turned the pump on, did you hear it making noise? I'm wondering if it is something simple like the pump's not plugged in.

Assuming that is not the problem, how long ago did you buy the pump?

Is it an Aquatec brand pump?

Yes ! it is easy with this pump to know if it is running it makes noise , like it's low on grease, it's a cheaply made pump. I took the top off but I didn't see anything wrong, I turned pump on without the diaghragm the only thing that I noticed was the shaft was not turning very fast but of course I don't know how fast it should be.
Thanks!

Sounds like the pump may be bad.

If you are going to replace it think about an Aquatec pump.

I have the Aquatec pump and it is like having a supercharger for your water filter. My pressure is about 40psi without the pump. I can control the pressure and have it set at about 82psi.
