See the above photos showing a sort of jigsaw puzzle pattern. That is one of the main features of a picasso. Some also say the first stripe behind the eye needs to have a side-burn, or a thicker than normal stripe, but I think that is up for debate. Although it is cute to have a full spot below a short bar as seen on the mid stripe of one you show, they are not even close to showing any picasso pattern. Having watch some Picasso clowns develop from birth the pattern shows up very quickly and the white is there by 30 to 40 days. The black does take longer to develop just like any perc.
