Aquatic Reef sale today

I just got back home from Aquatic Reef with a load of stuff. They have a great sale going on and a lot of great frags. I ended up with a couple of nice SPS, 40 small blue leg hermits, some margarite snails, some flake food, and a free nano pack of Rod's food. I just realized that I forgot to get the mangrove shoots I was going to buy for my sump. I guess there is always tomorrow.

I picked up a Hydor Koralia 3 for I think about $52 after the discount, I could barely get it shipped for that. Not to mention the free Rod's Food nano pack. Excellent place...

I stopped out just to check out the place with my wife and son. My tank is not ready yet for additions. It was nice to meet Noel & Sherwin. They have a very nice place that I will return to.

How can I say this ... Noel was born earlier than Sherwin, but they both look quite young ;-) That should work!

I too stopped out to renew my CMAS membership and hopefully see some old faces. It was a pleasure to see Sara, Boyd and Larry and his wife again. Been awhile. How is the Wrasse doing Sara? He/she was pretty cool looking.

Noel and Sherwin had some good deals and some very nice corals. Sherwin is taller than Noel Puffer. Not much but he is. He also looks younger. He is also a bit more bubbly than Noel. Noel is a bit more soft spoken you could say.

Good seeing you guys/gal. Hope to see you all again soon.

Agreed, it was nice seeing everyone out there tonight!

I'm still drip acclimating the wrasse as I want to add it after I feed and when the lights go out shortly. I just don't want my Tangs to give it a hard time.

Good call Sara. I forget some of the small things. Guess I have some re-learning to do.

Hey guys, how much did you pay for individual frags? Just curious. I saw some individual frags there for $25 to $35, but I know they had a deal for like 10 for $100 or $5 for 50 or something like that. Is the individual price there normally high while the packages is where you get the deals? Just curious. When I went there this past weekend i wasn't planning to buy a "package" of frags, but if that their normal way to do things, I'll plan on it for next time. Nice store If only I could have bought my lightbulbs.............Kimoy
