Next year, you have to wear a shirt with your username so that your fans can see you better.

I just did not want people to find out that I was NOT really a hot chic... that is the only reason they talk to me online!

Could be worse, if I ever go to one, they'll find out I really am short, fat, and old.

In reference to a certain female booth rep.......Yes. Thats what was said.

For a moment I thought you were refering to a certain "bodysuit" wearing person!!!

Time for more pictures!

The next few pictures are from the Nano Cluster. This was a section in the Vendor's area where 4 Nano reefs were set up and were just beautiful. And as I was editing the pictures, it occured to me how clean the water was in those tanks. You've seen a few pictures of the larger reefs that were still somewhat cloudy since the tanks were barely set up before the conference began. So I have to give it to the manufacturers' tiny filtration compartments.

As far as I know (and I could be wrong), I think all of these were raffle prizes.

This tank had four different gorgonians in it, and I loved that. I've never really tried to keep them before, but after seeing these, I may give it a shot.

This one is my favorite, hands down. I've seen it at a LFS in Dallas (Fish Gallery) and they were feeding that tank Cyclop-Eeze all day long. LOL

This is the 178g reef raffle prize. I really liked it, probably because itw as brand new and had 25 adorable clownfish in it. I love tanks full of clowns. Sorry about the crappy picture.

The stand had a pressure switch behind the door. When you opened it, a light came on over the equipment. How handy is that? Here's the sump.

The cute little red return pump. Anyone know what brand that is, and how many GPH?

Some goodies.

The canopy was heavy, but had these nice locking hinges.

And the lights were pretty good looking. Coralife - I found it interesting that it was using PC bulbs to supplement actinic blue. It just seems like PCs are usually pushed aside for T5 bulbs. When I had PCs over my 29g, everyone told me it wasn't enough light and that was a long time ago.

Quick shot of Jeff from Euro-reef. If I used some green in Photoshop, could he pull of the Incredible Hulk?

One of my favorite booths every year is Dr Mac's booth, or Pacific East Aquaculture Inc.

I really like how he used sand as the substrate in his displays. I know on Sunday, they were trying to get rid of it, so I'm going to assume some lucky person is very happy right now.

The other tank had white sand.

Hey Ross! Ross is a hardcore Deltec guy, who won a Euro-reef skimmer. We're still waiting for his conversion.

Uberfrags had a nice booth, with shallow tanks.

This tank with a dark area is actually a section packed with blue clams. I've never seen so many in one spot of the same color.

Some unusual montipora sp, I think.

A closed up Dendrophyllia. It's really a shame that these corals were closed up because they are very beautiful and spark conversation every time.

A local LFS

Finnex

Their tank was much prettier than this picture, but check out the lower right corner with those cute clowns with orange faces.

Some have asked me what I brought home. I didn't bother with livestock, and only wanted certain things.

That's it for today. Still more to come.
