I'm in college, and I'm engaged
 I may not be married yet, but I dont forsee it being a problem. We pay the rent, buy the groceries, etc no problem. I have extra money, I can buy whatever I want. She has a job too, she can do whatever she wants with her money. It also helps that she has her own 37g tank. Quote:

i guess i don't understand what sort of relationships people end up in when they have to lie to each other about this sort of stuff.if your SO cant understand your interests and passions, even if they're not into them themselves, something is wrong there...

4 me this hobby is an addiction......its amazing how easy it is to spend just a little more than you want to admit to......My sisters bug me all the time about why I spend that much $ on "those stupid fish" when I could spend it on clothes. But hey, I dont have any room in my closet 4 clothes....I'm planning on starting another fuge in there..... just kidding

girl: Right. And you should say... "its my money". Your sisters are allowed to buy clothes, and you are allowed to buy fish, or whatever else you want (As long as you arent having serious money problems, etc).
