Question gonipora

I have had a gonipora in my 65 gallon tank for about 3 months and it has not really extended in a while.Im feeding phytoplankton and microvert everyother day is this enough???
i just bought some rotifers today will that help? also my green favia seems to be receding how do i spot feed and what should i use.
