what are you feeding them?

hey everyone just wundering what you are feeding your SPS and how much are you feeding them ? weekly? a couple times out the week? every day?

im am currently feeding my essential elemtn 1 ever other week and Kent marine chromaplex every other day.

i rotate phyto, oyster eggs, rotifeast, cyclopeeze and whatever the fishes don't eat of rod's food.

ha do SPS really like fish poo cause your the second person that told me that kev.

eagle one how many time a wekk or day do you feed um that stuff. i didnt know SPS could eat stuff that big.

They're not eating the food itself, although sometimes I do see a coral shag on some cyclopeeze and mysis. Its usually the blended parts the food... the smaller food particles if you will...

Rods food has similar ingredients to Pappone but not the same recipe

I usually feed the phyto, roti, and oyster eggs every other day.

bebo you have any of zeovit products.

they keep saying how good there prodcuts are. saying you will see changes after a week if thats true i will spend the money.

yeah i have to admit zeo works.. but its not cheap.... if i were you i would wait on it.. get your tank full of coral and stable then start zeo...

yeah good idea my tank has only or bin i mean has only been running for 2 weeks i have about 20 frags in it right now i have two more bins but wundering if i should really get into this or what. ya know?

i hear ya.. this is a very expensive hobby... and to that Zeo is really only worth it if you are an SPS fiend..

well my girlsfriends dad has 36 fish breeding tank set up right now . all of them full or saddle back maroon clowns black and with osci's and percs , everything.

him and i are talking about starting something. I have always had great luck with coral and decided to try and make some money or alot of money off of it. but we all have dreams.

just keep in mind, zeo is not a magic bullet. I'd put it on hold. Its kind of a double edge sword, if your not ready, you can lose a lot.
