Two-Part Solution Reef Club Promotional Offer

From Two-Part Solutions:
Dear Mars,

We are offering an introductory special exclusively for reef clubs. For one week your club can purchase items on our site at wholesale prices. This is your opportunity to take a look at our wide range of bulk reef supplies and get them at WHOLESALE PRICES. There are no minimum purchases and no need to organize a group buy. Simply inform your club of the offer.

After your club decides on the week they want to start the promotion (Monday-Monday) all your members need to do is register for a regular account on our website and send us an email mentioning this promotion and the name of their club. We will update their account to a wholesale account that Monday and give them access to all products with wholesale pricing. Once the promotion is over we will return their accounts to regular retail status. *note* we are not here on Saturdays or Sundays so any requests for wholesale status on these days will not be updated until Monday morning . We will deactivate the wholesale status on Tuesday morning.

All the hassle of organizing a group buy, collecting payment, and distributing the purchase is gone. Each of your members who sign up will have their own wholesale account. They will be able to purchase what they want with no minimum quantity, pay for it and have it shipped directly to their own home or business. For the people in your club that prefer to organize one large order we offer additional savings with quantity discounts and combined shipping. *the quantity discount is only available for individual orders shipped to the same address and on the same transaction.*

Not to rain on anybodys parade but if you all need some of the 2 (ahem 3) part solutions (magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, soda ash, kalkwasser) - I have a ton of it - all the same grade/specs as these folks. I order direct from the chem suppliers and have a bunch I picked up locally and typically will have a couple hundred pounds at any given time. I can offer it to anybody who wants it at the price Minh (Reefugee) did the last group buy for, and the kalk would be substantially cheaper given relative costs.

Thanks for passing this on Shively
And thanks for the offer Mike!
That pinpoint pH meter is what I'd like. Tired of testing :/ Although a little apprehensive with all the poor reviews Pinpoint got with their other monitors such as Ca~ only a half a star! The lowest rating you can give next to a 0
From what I gathered these other moniters are not designed to be left on all day and will give inconsistant readings, not sure bout the pH monitor though.

They sell the probe separately and it comes with the monitor. I will be needing a new probe sometime in the near future.

I'm also running low on Granular Ferric Oxide.

I've been considering a dosing unit. I was hoping there might be one at the MARS Garage Sale.

yeah, when I saw this deal I wasn't thinking of it in terms of CA, Alk, and Mg. I was more interested in the RO/DI and resin purchase options associated with it. I just wasn't sure if there would be enough interest to make something like this happen...

That special pricing is meant to go as a package deal with the Reef Keepers.

However, we have no real way of enforcing that nor do we care all that much : )

Is there enough interest to do this?

I'm interested in purchasing 1 gallon of the GFO and would save $15 with this group buy.

Anyone interested in splitting 2 gallons of GFO?

Davey, if there isn't enough interest to do the club buy, maybe we can wrangle up enough interest to split a large order of their GFO.

They have 2 gallons (9 lbs) for $125 and 5 gallons (20 lbs) for $250.

I'd be willing to make the order and bag the stuff for everyone.

Here is a link to their GFO:http://www.twopartsolution.com/index...roducts_id=173
