How to treat Monti eating nudis

I've read of people dipping there montis to cure the nudis, but are there any known predators that will eat them?

yeah I read that too. Anyone with exeperience with this wrasse eating the nudis? Does it have to be a specific type (i.e where it's from)?

Thanks, Roel

I have a Halichoeres chloropterus and I truly believe they do eat the monti nudis. I have dealt with the nudis three times now first was when I bought a frag from a fellow reefer , lost all my monti caps. Five months later bought new caps and found them again , used a dip and picked them off every other night. Then someone told me to buy the wrasse so I did, but still picked them off for a few nights. Then one night there were none to be seen. Kept the wrasse for over a year the got rid of it , what a mistake, 2 weeks later I had nudis again and my clams were covered in pyramidellid snails. Got another and all were gone again. They also eat flat worm like popcorn. My frag/QT was infested with flatworm so I bought another with in a week no more flatworm.
As with all wrasses they are jumpers so keep that in mind.
