weird spots on my clown...

A few fish in my tank got ich, so I took everyone out (2 tangs, 2 onyx clowns, and a yellow watchman) to treat them with hyposalinitiy and copper. This was like 4 days ago. Since then, the tangs (who had ich showing on their bodies) lost it all and started doing much better. But now one of my clowns has spots on him that look like ich and he is a little lethargic. Like I said he has been in hyposalinity and copper for about four days now so I can't explain it. Just wondering if anyone knew what it could be or whatI should do.
Thanks!

Oh, by the way- the salinity in my QT is only about 27ppt and the copper is the recommended dosage on the bottle. Also, he is eating. Thanks!
