Does Lee-Mar use tempered glass?

I have an 80g Lee-Mar diamond edge tank I want to drill, but it is currently setup, and I dont want to take it apart to see if it is tempered or not. Anyone know off hand for sure if it is tempered or not? Tank is less then a year old if that matters.
