I just ordered a 5 gallon Cadlights nano package. I'll post a few photos of it once it's set up.

Had an unexpected change in plans. Cadlights was out of their 5 gallon nanos so offered me a 9 gallon for the same price. Seems like a good company.

chaeto in the back, stopped using the skimmer as it spewed lots of bubbles and use a piece of cardboard to block the refugium light from getting in the main tank (since i have it on opposite light schedules)

i ended up taking out my chaeto and fuge light after 2 months. i need a space for my tunze 9002 skimmer and my chiller pump in the 2nd chamber. for me, i didn't see any difference without the cheato in the fuge. doing weekly water changes and not overfeeding have kept my water quality high.

previous to the tunze, i was running a remora C nano HOB skimmer but it wasn't very effective. not to mention micro bubbles in the tank. the tunze skimmer runs like a champ and is so much quieter.

awesome deal, i wish my wife would buy me the 34G signature if i paint the house.

i was lucky because the tapwater in NY is pretty good and all i needed was a regular purifier. but RODI is the best water you can get.

cant wait to see some pics and feedback of this popular tank.

Nice tank Dastratt, do you ever have detitritous problems with the deep sand bed? what do you use to keep the sand so clean? sand sifters?
