actinic pics?

so i have never attempted taking pics with my LED night lights on. so tonight i decided to try. i have taken some very nice pics under my normal lighting, so i do have some technique to help things come out pretty good. however tonight everything was very shaky looking, even on the tripod! i use an olympus c-4040zoom digital camera, but dont really know how to tweak its settings, so maybe i need to do something with its settings. here are the results from tonight. please feel free to offer some advice.
