Fantastic reef, so realistic, the shoals of antias and chromis are stunning in the large open area!

The link is a bit weird.
You can copy the address

http://good-times.webshots.com/album...tOaMC?start=12

and paste it directly to a new browser window and it works.
I don't know why either.

Is that a Moorish idol I see in your tank???

Wow...I think this convinces me that I need to go 10ft instead of 8ft with my plywood tank.

That is in fact a Moorish Idol. When I got it, it is already eating pallets in LFS's tank.

Actually my tank is quite wide and tall, and that is why it looks so big. It measured at 128cm width and 100cm height.
It is however not easy to place coral or clean. You should decide wether this size is right for you.

I have already seen this problem with my buddies 450. On his new 1000 gallon we are building an overhead "catwalk" to allow you to get better access to the tank. As for the depth, I can actually get at things pretty well in the new tank, as long as I wear a mask and a snorkel.

When I build my 1k gallon I will be doing somthing similar.

The color has gotten a lot better after 1 month.
It is also proved that intense lighting is important.
The SPS on shallow gotten better results.

No anemones. I had bad experience that them move around and sting other corals. I have a pecula clown that forced to live within a hammer coral colony. Also there are bangel cardinals hang on top of the plate coral. I knew it is not natural but there's no other way out.
