My favorite is my newest addition, a mystery wrasse. Personality of a 6-line, but even cooler looking. . .

I think I'm going to have to hop on the foxface boat. He always follows my maroon clown like a little puppy dog until the clown gets ****ed and tries to bite him, only to be rebuked by the foxface's spines. The foxface just keeps following him no matter how nasty the clown tries to get.

My lion, Lupen is his name, is I guess 2 years old. I've have him for about 1 1/2 years. He's now 7-8". Was about 3-4" when I got him. Awesome lion, fed him live grass shrimp 1 time and he jumped right onto the feeding stick with krill, squid and silversides. He's so smart. He knows his food, doesnt even flinch when I approach the tank with the syringe unless he's super hungry. Dont get me wrong, he's active, but if he's chilling in his cave and sees the syringe, its no big deal... I dont know what I'ma do when he goes, its gonna be a sad, sad day.

My favorite fish was my flame hawk. Great "personality", lived 12 years, two long distance tank moves and outlived a marriage. RIP

Eh... it's definitely a toss up for me. There are just so many cool ones!

Like the achillese tang! It's like Halloween threw up a fish!

Or the sixline wrasse! Or the potters angels! Or the clown butterfly (Chaetodon ornatissimus). Gah! So many choices!!! But, right now, I am loving the black clownfish varients. It's like Nemo grew into a goth-emo teenager!

By the way, I know it's a page back, but that puffer is uber-cute!!! I have a bit of a soft spot for puffers at well! ^-^

My favorite is my Goby (Not sure what kind he is. Bought it from a reefer who said it was a Diamond. It is very similar, but definitely not a Diamond). He likes to lurk in the cracks of the rocks, and jump out and try to scare the fish as they swim by! He's not too bright at feeding time - will let the food swirl all around him while he keeps his eyes right on the top of the tank!

Lionfish xS and Dareefking - Just a comment. I had a lion in my very first SW tank in 1986. The WWW wasn't around then, and I knew nothing about them. Anyway, one day I was at the LFS and just had to purchase the cute coral banded shrimp they had. Poor guy didn't even make it to the bottom of the tank when I got him home. Nice expensive snack for my lionfish (AKA Goliath). Had him for about two years, and he grew to an enormous size!

This is awesome! keep it up guys. I like where this thread is going. The only dissapointment is realizing, after I look up these beautiful species, that I cannot have them, either because they are not reefsafe or that my tank is too small.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, the desired crown jewel of my captive fish is the blackfoot lionfish (aka bluefin dwarf fuzzy lionfish Parapterois heterura), but right now, they're just not available, nor do I have a tank large enough for one, and nor is there enough information and success stories about captive care for me to be tempted enough to try one for myself.

My favorite is the algae blenny. Loved my first blennie, Big Ben. Lots of personality. He was big and fat and then one day after having him for over a year decided not to eat anymore. RIP.
