Rock Cured in 1 week?

Well I ordered 60# of Fiji live rock online last week and they were out of the water for about 2 days during shipping. I put them in saltwater with a heater, 2 powerheads and a light overnight.

I checked the water and the ammonia spiked to about 6.0 and nitrite 4.0 so I did a 100% waterchange to get it lower. I let it sit for a couple of days. The ammonia and nitrite had gone down significantly since that change. I then did a 50% waterchange after the ammonia was at 0.25, nitrite at 2.0 and let it sit for 2 days. The ammonia was at 0 and the nitrite at 0.25. I did a last 100% waterchange and left the rocks overnight to see if the ammonia or nitrite would spike again. As of tonight the water is at 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 20 nitrate. I did not test nitrate throughout the process because I thought it was just the byproduct of the cycle so i didnt check. They are not as smelly as before and the water is real clear.

Are these rocks cured completly and ready to be added to the DT, or should I wait a couple more days till be really sure?

I'd wait a few days without water changes. Keep testing and see where you stand in a few.

i would let it sit for a week just to make sure

i usually let my rock sit while they cure and everything goes to where it should be

Mine have been sitting an extra 3 weeks just to be sure

are you adding it to an established tank--or starting from day one?
If just starting add it to your tank but expect it still to cycle more---I would wait three more weeks like oscarsrl suggested before adding anything to the new tank like cleanup crew etc.
The rock is very porous--alot can be held up there in the centre of it.
