MH ballast not lighting left side HELP

Hello everyone!
I have an old pfo style 2x175 mh ballast and one of the sides has stopped lighting.
it tries to light buth then won't.. you can hear it and see the bulb start but then turns off.
Luckily enough my tank is arranged with sps on one side and lps onthe other and the sps side still lights. all I have to do in the short term is move a clam.

Here is the thing... Because of the wiring and such.. I would like to keep it the same. it is very nice simple and plug and play with the enclosed hood. It is such that both of the mh ballast are ina single enclosure with a single switch and one plug that runs to the canopy (instead of the two ---one 4 each bulb like I usually see).
I either want to have a replacement that the plug matches up with or have the ballast rebuilt if that is possible.

is there a place that does that around here? would it be cost effective? I should add that the bulbs are like two months old and have worked excellent and fired normally up until a couple of days ago.
I will try to post a pic of the plug so that you can answer the replacement question more accurately.
Thanks a bunch gang!
Ben

I have that exact ballast for my upcoming 65g. One question for you though, to make sure that it's the ballast; have you taken the bulb that won't stay on and put it in the socket that does stay on? That'll show whether the ballast is malfunctioning or the bulb is malfunctioning

Ben- I'd contact PFO. Describe exactly what's happening with the ballast that's failing. They will make a recommendation and you can purchase the replacement part.

Good to know you got it straightened out . There's really only 5 parts in these ballasts. A switch, 2 big capacitors to buffer the starting current, and 2 big AC transformers to supply the porper voltage/current. Very simple insides.
