These guys rock! They are extremely helpful and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They answer any and all questions quickly and ship your stuff out fast. I just bought my ReefKeeper 2 from them and received it yesterday.
If you need filters for your RODI they are great for helping decide which ones you need.

If you have never ordered from them before you are missing out on what customer service is all about.

I've got to second your Kudo's for the Filter Guys. I started pestering them with emails months before I made my decision. Your right, they're more about providing what fit's your needs, more than simply making a sale. I think Jim lives on his computer as everytime I asked a question, it was answered promptly.

I also got the Reef Keeper II but with the storage tank and faucet for the sink and spent less than I would have for one of the upper end units that only make the DI. As I'm getting 0 tds on my DI, I don't know how the other manufacturers can claim to be better.

While I could get my filter replacements from others, I don't think I'll waste my time. Fast quality service keeps you coming back and I think I will.
