Brand new Ice cap 660 ballast... 135.00 shipped, portland, OR

I bought this for a small tank to run some t-5 bulbs, but never went through with it...I bought it locally and can not return it now, so I am just trying to get rid of it...

It has the wire harness and heat sink. Again brand new...

135.00 shipped.
