Crab ID

I need help IDing a crab my Father-In-Law has in his tank. I believe he got it from the 'Walt Smith' Live rock we purchased for his tank.

The image is somewhat blurry but you get an idea. The Crab is the same size as your average Emerald Crab.

One claw is more round and the other is long. One claw when I looked at it in person has flat spots at the end which I would say makes it an alge eater. However the other claw has sharp edges and looks like it's for cutting. Maybe a coral eater too???

Anyway, if anybody can help us ID this and let me know if we need to fish him out of there. Below is a picture.

I'm also thinking it may be a fish eater because the one claw is so big compared to his body size. My Father-In-Law had two small yellow gobies come up missing. Could maybe expalin it??

Thanks!
