Hamiliton 175-250-400 watt MH

Has anyone had any experience eith the Hamilton MH and ballast. I am considering purchasing one of these sets of lights for my 90gal. If anyone has any input for me I would greatly appreciate this. Thanks.

The par for all hamilton's are poor? Or do you mean just a certain watt. And if that be the case then would it help to go with higher wattage?
