protein skimmer in BC29

Does anyone use the Sapphire skimmer from nanotuners.com? Do you like it? Any have a picture of how well it fits or if it needs any mods to the tank? I know that nanotuners says there are no mods needed i just wanted to know if anyone had to make any.

No mods needed. It slides perfectly in chamber 2 on top of the lower grate. It performs very well for a small skimmer and I am very happy with it.

check out the new CPR SR3. Works great in my stocked BC29 and installed easy. I like how the skimmer cup allows the lid to close without modding it. Take a look at www.cprusa.com for info and pics.

If you are looking for a skimmer for BC29 I have one for sale.
It is one from Sappire Aquatics, but custom made by them with additional section (compartment) for carbon or purigen, a lot better skimmer then regular Sappire Aquatics or one from CPR.
