Anyone have any issues with cleaning algae/coralline from the overflow box? I was wondering due to the textured finish on the plastic.

I read elsewhere that if the lamp has white tubing then it's an older lamp that gives off a pink hue. If it's got clear tubing, then it's a newer version that should burn very white.

Lumenarcs, U.S. vs. China?

I read in a couple places that there are Chinese made knock-off Lumenarc III's and Mini's out there and that the US made reflectors are better. Any validity to this? I've found Mini's for $105 ea....

Coralvue Electronic Ballasts?

Does anyone have firsthand experience with them? I'm looking at a pair of their 250W electronic ballasts with dimmers to run a pair of Lumenarc III's with Reeflux 12000K lamps.
