I know it's my Nas. because I've watched them lay the eggs. Looks just like your picture. They lay the eggs an inch or two above the sand on the glass.

They should be fine unless you got juice directly...
They should be fine unless you got juice directly over them. Just keep powerheads going and you shouldn't have any problems.

Temp 78-82 with no problems to date. Mine eats any and everything the fish don't get to first. I normally just let it catch leftovers from feeding fish.

There's a product called (Cycle) that you can purchase to help rapidly establish your beneficial bacteria to help speed things up, but I agree with waiting till your tank has been running awhile...
