looks like it just closed up for the night. mine do that every once in a while. sometimes they stay open, sometimes they close up tight, you never know.

last time i was at sea schor, which was a while ago now because ive been at school, they had two very nice, very large green (gigas i think) clams.

in my experience they grow extremely slowly...
in my experience they grow extremely slowly without regular feedings. all of them have feeder tentacles, look at night. id recommend just leaving it alone and feeding it for a month or so and see...

i dont think the zoas will do anything to the candy cane but the candy will put out sweepers that will put a hurtin on the zoas if they hit them.

old orchard has them for 8, most other places charge 20 or 25 that ive seen. i got one from old orchard for 8 that had two mouths and has since split once and still has three mouths.
