i got all my baffles cut 5mm short . leaving a small amount of room for error. as a lot of places will cut to +/- 2mm or so. and then u can just silicone the gap.. which will be tiny anyways :)

the rio 1100 is the return from the sump
and the OR 2500 is the CL pump....

at the moment im planning on using my OR 2500 as a CL pump. attached to a squid. that will run over the top of the tank. with 2 outelts at either end of the tank.
