Horrible Pictures, I know, but I know hes not a longhorn cowfish, because there are no present horns, even small ones. He's also not a spotted yellow boxfish, because those guys are round and covered...

You could try live Baby brine shrimp for starters, then try to get it on frozen. Also, if you can get small enough frozen mysis, you could try that.
